Monday workout

Hi!

I didn't get a chance to get my workout in yesterday (was supposed to do back and bi's from 4DS) This morning I did 4DS High Intensity Step cardio premix. I'll do back and bi's this evening. I burned 293 calories, but was only in my zone 12 minutes of the 33 minute workout, what is up with that? I know I was above my zone most of the time, but 12 minutes? oh well... I think its the morning thing. Even though I'd been up a couple hours and had a good strong cup of coffee, morning cardio is still tough.

I can't believe Thanksgiving is Thursday! Where is the time going?

We got weird weather here. In the 60's today and tomorrow and then 30's and snow for Thanksgiving Day. I wish it could make up its mind.
