Guest guest
Hi, Thanks, I'm not so sure if I'm brave or in better shape than I thought or not pushing myself as hard as I could - but I'm not finding these to be " killer " I guess it is because for the most part, with all of them, you choose the weights and you do go at your own pace - even on Core Synergistics - I am often off count from Tony, but I'm doing it as best I can. I'm only in Phase 1 - so maybe Phase 2 and 3 will be harder - it isn't like the workouts aren't challenging, but I don't feel like I'm being worked to death which is maybe the sign of a well-thought out program. I guess I'm used to the mentality that it has to half kill me to be really good! I am afraid of Chest & Back though. I " m not very good at push-ups at all. I'm thinking of doing them with my TransFIRMer as a prop - (hands on the TransFIRMer so that I can do more " full " push-ups rather drop to my knees too often!) I also think Chest, Shoulders and Triceps is supposed to be hard - it'll be up in a few weeks so I'll know for sure! Yoga X I haven't done b/c I just haven't done that type of yoga in a long time and need to build myself up to it. Oddly, since doing this rotation my back has been feeling pretty good. I wonder if it is Core Synergistics or maybe it is that I " m doing weights separate from cardio. Sorry to ramble! Take care, Donna --- Pink Pussycat wrote: > As I recall there are 12 dvd's so I think you have > them all!
