Hi Everyone,

I haven't posted a weekly summary in some time, since

I post daily, but I sorta need to keep it straight so

here's what I did this week (it actually ended up

being a week of shorter workouts due to missing some

morning workouts due to DD being sick)

Anyway:

Sunday - Rest (needed a mental health day!)

Monday - Gin 's Danskin Workout using the

weighted balls (a really good find at Ross!) I did

both the 20 min cardio (which was more like a warm-up

for me) and the 45 min. strength section.

Tuesday- Missed the a.m. workout but did Women's

Health Train for Your Body Type Cardio Routine

(including the bonus kickboxing section and yoga

section)

Wed - Did both of Ellen Barrett's Fit TV workouts -

Slo Robics and Pilates Sculpt back to back

Thurs - Preventionn's Walk Your Way Slim

Friday - Kathy 's Matrix Sculpt (I'm sore from it

today - this one always makes me sore...)

I'll take a rest day tomorrow and then back at it

Sunday. I'm really thinking of postponing the start

of P90X until I can catch up on my rest. DD seems to

be doing much better today so hopefully soon!
