Not crazy about the sugar - but it was on clearance for $15 and couldn't pass it up. I haven't noticed any major increase in strength or endurance - but that could be due to often being sleep deprived (years of shift work have messed with my system). I'm working on that......... I'm 5 pounds heavier and definetly not thrilled about that. Can't tell if it's from the creatine or stress eating (probably both). I'm working on that too....... BUT - several people have said I'm looking more " muscley " ('s word), so that makes this totally worth it.
