Guest guest
Hi ! Kenpo is up on Friday! I'll fill you in. I did write up a review of it a few weeks ago - maybe early October? I tried a few of the P90X workouts out in advance of deciding to do a rotation with them. Overall, this is not a " choreographed " routine like Tae Bo or Turbo Jam/Kick - it is more drills. I recall thinking it would be a great one to use if you had a punching bag (or some other target to kick and punch). I liked it well enough, but it didn't feel as intense to me as Tae Bo, TJ, or Cathe's kickboxing workouts. I'm sure I'll substitute for it during the rotation, as I can't see doing it for the next 12 weeks! I will do it on Friday, though. I like the stretches Tony does before the workout (he calls is a " Saunders Series - and I never did find out if it is a real term or a Tony term) and I like doing that same series at the end of the workout as well. Hope this helps! And, good going on getting through that virgin pile! Take care, Donna --- Pink wrote: > Donna, ditto to everything you said about Ab Ripper > X.
