Sunday workout

Hi!!

This evening I started my final week of one body part. This week is endurance so I went with Power Hour and Muscle Endurance. I started out with yoga.

This is how it went:

Yoga Shakti- Classical sun salutations

Gym Style- Push ups ( 16, 14, 12, 10) took 30 sec rests, but they were really hard. I even stopped on the last 4 of the 10.

CHEST: Power Hour-

Dumb bell flys (15 lbs) Bar bell chest press- 25 lb

Muscle Endurance-

pec flys- 10 lb Ball chest presses- 1

Yoga Shakti- Forward bends and twists

This took 40 minutes. It felt like a lighter workout, but I guess that's ok because hopefully I've set myself up for a hard workout week!
