Guest guest Posted November 17, 2007 Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 laura, you sound happy and we can tell that you are feeling so much better now. i am thrilled for you!!! ive been down for the last 2 weeks (stupid flu and then i had a big fight with dh this week, so ive been messed up physically and emotionally), but you continue to give me hope that i can pull myself up out of the gutter and get back in my fitness groove again! im off to make up my schedule for next week. hugs! :*carolyn. I love a good Voight rotation - I like the way her workout DVDs are chaptered so you really can mix and match from different DVDs to customize your workout.
