Guest guest Posted November 17, 2007 Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 hiya! its time for my weekly check-in. i still felt ill this week and was really lacking in energy and motivation. all i did this week was walk, walk, walk. i was feeling pretty wimpy about my workouts this week, but when i added up my minutes and calorie burns it turned out to be one of my best weeks in the last few months! go figure. now, i know that i said that i want to get back into doing my video workouts this week... and i didnt ... but im going to say it again in reference to next week. billy and his amped workouts are very patiently waiting for me to return!! im going to be kicking myself in the butt tomorrow so that i can do an amped workout in addition to my morning walk. all of the walking has been good for me, but im feeling flabby and am sure that i have gained weight. food intake has been awful.... and i was doing so good with that a little while ago. so, i need to continue walking, but add some more cardio, do some muscle work and get back on track with the food. wheew! seems a bit overwhelming at the moment, but i do want to try hard to get back on track. sun nov 11 - walked dog - 58 mins - 297 cals mon nov 12 - walked dog - 68 mins - 362 cals tue nov 13 - walked dog - 57 mins - 347 cals ... rehab shoulders stretches - 25 mins - 118 cals (not sure how i got that cal burn from those wimpy stretches!) wed nov 14 - rest day - 35-50 km per hour winds thu nov 15 - walked dog - 100 mins - 435 cals fri nov 16 - walked dog - 60 mins - 332 cals sat nov 17 - walked dog - 48 mins - 248 cals 6 workout days this week, 6 hours 56 mins, 2139 cals total :*carolyn.
