Guest guest
haven't done much working out at home lately. Was doing bodypump twice a week but it is too expensive to do year round. So I thought I would give the bowflex a try, it has been sitting in the basement for years. Have to say that I really don't like it, I prefer free weights. The bowflex requires too much adjusting for various exercises. I will use it for rowing and doing leg work though. So I plan on doing Slim and Lean 3 days a week now that I have a barbell set, find it much easier than using dumbells, probably because of bodypump. I would like to do 20 minutes on the elliptical as a warmup prior, but I don't think I'll be able to squeeze both in while the kids are napping. On my off weights day, I think I'll be able to do 20 minutes of cardio, either rowing or elliptical, and then a yoga or pilates workout. My husband and I just got new bikes last month and pulling kids in a trailer behind the bike is one serious workout.
