You can tell 20 minutes into it if it's too easy for you or if you can catch on to the rest of the choreography. If it's just at my comfort level or above it helps me tremendously to watch it first. I'm a klutz at step and need extra repetitions to get it. When I do get it though I feel so happy! Can't wait to hear your review on this once you do it! Thought of you today because I got Kathy 's Power Walking from the Matrix series for $4.99 at Ross. When I saw her dressed as a cowgirl on the back I remembered your guyses humorous reviews on this and can't wait to see it myself! You know how I love the cheese!!!
