Here's this week, only 6 hours of exercise. Seemed like more, but I was sore on a couple days and I feel good! It's more than I've been doing, anyway. November 5th – November 11th Sunday OFF Monday Voight: Burn & Firm: Full Circuit Cardio Athletic Kickbox: No Holds Barred Tuesday Dozois: Rockin' Body Cardio Jam Ab Ripper 200 Wednesday The Method: Pilates Target Specifics ( Kries) Thursday 3 Mile Bridge Walk Friday OFF Saturday Taught Turbo Kick Round 8 Next week's agenda is Crunch workouts, 5 of which are virgins so I'll feel smug if I actually do what I say I'm going to do!Monday: Candlelight Yoga & Pick Your Spot

PilatesTuesday: Fat Burning Dance Party & Burn and Firm in 30 minutes (vhs, older)Wednesday: Cardio Sculpt & Cardio Go-Go DanceThursday: Cardio Dance Blast & Super Slimdown Pilates/Yoga BlendFriday: The Perfect Yoga Workout (as I recall has 2 yoga practices on it)I know that Tuesday my friend and I are taking Aqua Aerobics at the gym (love that class!) and knowing myself this schedule will change as it goes but at least I have a plan. I am DETERMINED to get back to 165, which is where I was at my lowest when I lost the 65 lbs, and then to firm up and go down from there. I WILL do it, and I CAN do it.

ONLY six hours i think that is pretty good laura, yes YOU CAN do it!!! is the dance party the one with jen galardi. i love her and on the hunt for more workouts with her. of course this is one of them i have on netflix but she is coming out with a dance off the inches workout. i like the idea of the DOTI workouts(i have only two) but i really think the instructor makes the workout. although to be fair i will try the others but i don't think anybody can beat julz arney or jen galardi when it comes to dance workouts. the super slimdown is a great crunch workout but i just didn't do it enough(time,i remember it being longer then 30 mins) to keep it. i think i got a firm workout in a trade from it but its a nice workout nonetheless. kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will __________________________________________________
