I think a major reason why Tony doesn't get on my nerves is b/c I workout with the volume on the TV turned down so low. I really can't hear half of his comments or jokes. LOL! That said, when I do hear them I do find him pretty amusing. And, I must say, he does seem to know how to design a program - each week I'm sore, but not feeling overtrained. Anyway, here was this week: Sunday - Core Synergistics (found it harder than last week, but didn't end up sore from it - why?) Monday - P90 Masters Cardio Intervals (building up the courage to do Plyo - I think I'll do it this week - I've done it before, I just need to have the mental mindset to do it again) Tuesday - Kickin' Core (cardio only), Shoulders & arms, and for my p.m. workout Target Specifics Plus Abs and Stability Ball Pilates w/ J. Kries (from Hot Body, Cool Mind) Wed - Rainbeau Mars Pure Sweat Thurs - 10 Min. Solution Fat Blasting Dance Party (2 cardios and 1 ab section), Legs & Back (this one always makes me sore the next day!) Friday -Janis Saffell's Strike Zone Today is rest, tomorrow will either be Core Synergistics again or, if my back is tired from doing housework max (and finally digging out my winter clothes - I really put it off this year and it is getting cold now!)
