09/29/07Get Ripped 100060

min. I think I'm at my limit this week. Next month I won't combine Get

Ripped with the original FitPrimes, I'm just not at that level. But, I

did complete my version of the Ripped rotation which feels nice. Oh

yes, I got in 60 some odd push ups, I couldn't do all 70 tonight...I'm going to bed now, well, if I

can move I'll go to bed now :)09/28/07FitPrime Strong Bear53 min. I forgot how crazy and Tracie are together - sheesh. I'm really going to feel that tomorrow

min. Today was a cardio and due to lack of time I did FitPrime Lean. Of

course B. is crazy and my legs are noodles without doing any high

impact, kickboxing or using the 14 " box (I use the 8 " part of the fanny

lifter) - woo (no energy the hoo, LOL)09/26/07 Get Ripped to the Core60

min. Oh my, this not being able to eat much is really a problem. I

forgot to take my Nexium today and ouch, back came the stomach pain :(09/25/07 FitPrime Strong CheetahCardio day. I wanted something more intense without impact. Yup, this was more intense, I forgot how much so.

09/24/07 Get Ripped Slim & Lean60 min. I want to get three Ripped workouts in this week, let's see how I do. I did use slightly heavier weights
