amped rotation

hi donna! well, i have no idea if this rotation is do-able or

not... i need to actually try it to see how hard the workouts are

and adjust the rotation as i go, if required. but, right now, the

goals of the rotation are:

- use all 10 workouts

- alternate the more cardio oriented workouts with the ones that are

more sculpting (i dont know if i have the classifications right

until i try them though).

- add a couple of my other cardio workouts to the rotation so that

im not doing 'amped' every single day.

- continue to exercise my dog every day.

- have one day for recovery

so, it would look something like this:

week1:

s - walk + jumpstart cardio (40 min)

m - walk + sculpt express (45 min)

t - walk + cardio (floor aerobics/elliptical/step)

w - walk + fat burn accelerator (50 min)

t - walk + core express (30 min)

f - walk + turbo charged fat burner (25 min)

s - walk + stretch

week 2:

s - walk + full throttle (55 min)

m - walk + rockin buns (45 min)

t - walk + cardio (floor aerobics/elliptical/step)

w - walk + live in LA (45 min)

t - walk + rockin abs (40 min)

f - walk + ultimate taebo (90 min)

s - walk + stretch

repeat for weeks 3 and 4.

heya!

im starting my taebo amped rotation tomorrow!

i just have the basic kit though.... heck if i know where my

add-ons are... ugh!!

i was hoping to receive them this week, but NO! dangit :(

hopefully they will arrive during week 1 of my rotation.

so, im going to just do the 5 workouts in the basic kit for week 1,

along with walking chinook for 45-60 mins each morning. i also want

to do a bonus workout in the evenings... hopefully a short cardio on

the elliptical along with some stretching. but heck, i had bonus

workouts scheduled for every night this week and wasnt able to do a

single one. oh well, i will keep trying to fit it in!

sunday - jump start cardio 40 min

monday - core express 30 min

tuesday - fat burn accelerator 50 min

wednesday - full throttle 55 min

thursday - live in LA 45 min

friday - whichever one of the above that i like the best

saturday - recovery
