Awesome job, ! And geez, I thought I was the jock at using 20

pounders for one armed rows and 24 lbs was too light for you!

Woooweeee! You're da bomb!

I'm envious you were able to do pushups on your toes. With my bum toe

I had to do them on my knees today. Wanh! Oh well, I'm grateful I

was able to work out at all.

I look forward to hearing about the other workouts on this dvd!
