I haven't post my workouts in a while, they've a little hit and miss lately. I'm going to workout tonight even though this is usually my off/stretch day...I'll be sure to do a stretch tape.

min. I haven't done this one all year (I don't think) I really like the

Prime Powers, I think people either love them or hate them. Combined

with Lower Body Shaping and the Tri Trainers, I've always gotten good

results, so it's high time that I got back to what works with

challenging enough weights. I'll have to fight through the fatigue and

whip my body into shape.11/10/07 Pick Your Level Pilates for Weightloss

035 min. I haven't done this one in a while, but now that I've just done it...wow, I feel it, but I also feel stretched out :)

230 min. Interval training, I wish she did more of this type of workout, it uses dumbbells or weighted gloves or her WATP weighted balls
