There was this wonderful class at the gym that they discontinued called Body Xpress that was a head to toe weight training workout. It was 30 minutes long and comprised of mostly all compound moves. I miss it a lot. 3 options for each exercise were always shown. It was very popular, it ticks me off how 24H is always bringing out new formats then not supporting them! UG! , whose arms are very sore this morning from the tricep dips in the pilates workout 2 days ago, the 50 pushups yesterday, and all the punching from Aerobox.
