Guest guest Posted June 18, 2006 Report Share Posted June 18, 2006 Hi there! I'm new to this group but not new to BFL. I completed one " challenge " by the book a few years ago. Since then I still try to eat the bfl way and exercise 3-4 days a week. I've been thinking though of doing another challenge and I found it was great to connect w/ other challengers during the process when I did it the first time. The only thing I really have trouble w/ is the " free days. " Because I have a history of OCD and binge eating/purging I try to limit the " free " in the free days to maybe just one meal or a treat. I found out real fast on my first challenge that the free days didn't suit me well. That is about the only modification I do. Other than that I'm pretty clean. I look forward to connecting w/ other women who are doing either their first or 50th challenge. The BFL way is really the only sensible way to live. It just makes sense. Now, I need to go find my old workout and meal logs and get to work planning. Planning is the only way to do a challenge and do it well!
