Ok, so I'm new to this whole BFL thing and I have a question. I realize

that women don't have the hormones, etc. in order to get big on this

program. However, I'm still afraid! CAn anyone ease my fears about

turning into the she-hulk??? Also, how often do y'all do ab workouts?

On the plan you are supposed to work them when you do lower body but

that means that some weeks you would only work them once a week! HOw

does that work? (Especially for someone like me who really wants nice

abs out of this deal.) Thanks in advance!!
