Guest guest Posted October 6, 2007 Report Share Posted October 6, 2007 good morning,did another cardio/sculpt workout. this is a super tough workout b/c the cardio drills are faster paced and they use the weighted hand grips intervaled with weight segments that have SOME kickboxing moves at a slower controlled paced. guillmero gomez and janis saffell share leads in most segments. both cue pretty well and they build up the combos, so you might start with bob-n-weaves then add knees then do kicks. and they keep it even on both sides. there are 2-3 mini combos they do before bringing it together in a giant set combo repeating each side for four times, then two times, then singles. its super tough and my upper arms and shoulders are still feeling it. even with the AC blaring i was sweating buckets and breathing heavy. since there was no real chest work(other then 16 pushups on toes in the warm up ) or back work so i can defiently get some push ups in later. the weight segments really focused alot on arms and shoulders(a little back but it was to focus more on back of the shoulders). there is a bonus 10 min akido abs segment but i never done it so maybe later i can tack that one with pushups and some stretching or pilates. but for now i am feeling that i will be super sore in the morning if not by this afternoon. good thing tomorrow is yoga LOLhave a great one kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Be a better Globetrotter.
