Guest guest Posted November 8, 2007 Report Share Posted November 8, 2007 Good for you for adding on, ! Adding on is such a great way to increase your calorie burn and overall fitness in the long run. Even just 10 minutes of abs or anything really counts! I'm trying to add on more too when I can. I can sip my coffee on the bus to work but if I have 10 minutes extra I can spend in my living room working out I try to shift my attitude in thinking it's a golden opportunity not to go to waste. The biggest reason people give for not working out is lack of time. You have to make time for it, just like brushing your teeth and taking a bath. It's a necessary part of everyone's day, not just something jocks do. Today was my rest day, but I am doing the 3 mile bridge walk at lunch with a coworker. Tomorrow I plan on doing weights.
