Guest guest
- I don't think there is a guideline for how many pounds of fat we should carry. The guide has to be percentage driven - Think of it this way - Woman A weighs 200 pounds at 20% body fat, and has 40 pounds of fat Woman B weights 133 pounds at 30% body fat, and has 40 pounds of fat Both women have the same # of pounds of fat, but will look very different! I think it's more a matter of determining what bf% feels right for you, or relinquishing all the numbers and learning to go by self- evaluation. There are guideline recommendations of what your bf% should be, based on sex and age. n > So now I'm kind of confused again. arrggg... What a good number of actual fat POUNDS to have on your body? >
