Hi Vennitta,

Looking back, I think doing the Ripped workouts 3X per

week may have been too much for me as well - I came

down with a cold (maybe related, maybe not) and I had

NO motivation to do cardio. Now that I'm not doing

them I have regained my desire for cardio and I don't

feel like sleeping all the time! LOL!

I think next time around I'll do just two Ripped

workouts per week. I think I'd be fine doing the

original Ripped 3X per week but when I mix in Slim &

Lean and Ripped to the Core it just got to be too

much.

Thinking ahead to the next Ripped rotation - I think

I " ll cycle through all of them doing them 2X per week

- for example week 1 will be Ripped & Slim and Lean,

week 2 will be Ripped to the Core and Ripped 1000,

week 3 - Ripped and Chisled and Ripped...and keep

going. For my third strength workout of the week I'll

do something bodyweight - like Yoga or Pilates or

maybe something with tubing or a ball for variety.

Take care, you're doing great!
