I've heard horror stories, like my one friend at work (she's in her early 50's) said she had her period for pretty muchthe whole summer once. I usually have a longer cycle - probably closer to 35-40 days, so this early stuff is throwin' me for a loop. I'm going to skip my soy products this month and see if it makes a difference.
