An absolute nightmare, but might stop their lies. Jane Disability Tribunal Advice please.Just received the bundle of papers ahead of tribunal for March.Anyway just flicking through and see the Headteacher has said that I gave my permission for to have blackcurrant juice.This is such a whopping lie, I have never done any such thing!I take s lunch and snacks into school every day, why would I allow the thing which he is most allergic to, fruit be given to him.This woman lied her way through the last tribunal and was believed despite me having top Barrister sitting next to me.What can be done to stop these lies?TIAVicky Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If this is relevant to your future tribunal just write to her unemotionally stating that you did not give permission and send a copy to your lawyer. He/she will know whether to use it. (I’m guessing they probably won’t but it may make this woman behave a little better.) What are you going to tribunal for? Is it the same reason as last time? It was completely deceitful and she hadn't agreed with me. Try staying calm and saying you don't recall doing this and asking her to prove it.
