Ripped Rotation?

Hi guys, I was just wondering how you guys do your ripped rotation. I

have been doing a different one every other day, for instance I do

Ripped slim and lean mon. wed. I do Ripped to the core and on friday I

do Ripped 1000. Does anyone have an opinion on wether it should be done

another way such as RSL for a week, RTTC the next and so on? Just

wondering how other people are doing it. Thanks, Sherry
