" segment and they focused on some women who had awesome arms. She said that she did 45 push ups 4 times a week so that got me started . 45 pushups a day? Yay, Gymmie, that's my Turbo Kick / Tae Bo Sister! So you have the benefit of already knowing for sure you can do it,you just need to get back into it.
