I love getting new recipe ideas. I am a recipe/cooking junkie, which makes working BFL both harder and easier. Easy b/c I eat a great variety, hard b/c I do get tempted to stray! :-) Dianne beat me to my suggestion - use your own spray bottle for homemade dressing, or buy theirs and then refill. Another trick I do is to buy packets of dressing mix (my 'health food grocery' has a great selection) - instead of using sour cream or mayo, I used cottage cheese that I've pureed smooth.
