Guest guest Posted September 23, 2007 Report Share Posted September 23, 2007 , if you can do 3 pushups on your knees, why not make 10 pushups on your knees per day your goal? You could do 3 pushups 3 times a day and then add one somewhere. You can do it! And if they get easier you up it to 5 on your toes, 10 on your knees per day.
