, if you can do 3 pushups on your knees, why not make 10 pushups

on your knees per day your goal? You could do 3 pushups 3 times a

day and then add one somewhere.

You can do it! And if they get easier you up it to 5 on your toes, 10

on your knees per day. It doesn't have to happen all at once, just

throughout the day..

Go for it!
