Guest guest Posted November 6, 2007 Report Share Posted November 6, 2007 hiya! here it is tuesday and i still havent reported in about last week yet! argh! im so behind in everything. sun oct 28 - walk with chinook - 45 min - 173 cal burn... then did taebo amped 'jumpstart cardio' for 40 mins, 214 cal burn. i liked the amped workout, but didnt think it had enough cardio... i classified it as a cardio+sculpt workout in my inventory. mon oct 29 - walk with chinook - 50 min - 262 cal burn... too busy with groceries and errands to do a video workout. this seems to be the norm for mondays. tue oct 30 - walk with chinook - 72 mins - 368 cal burn.... fell sick with cold symptoms in the afternoon, so no video workout again. wed oct 31 - still felt sick with a cold so instead of walking, i did 1.5 hours of gardening and chased chinook around the yard at the same time. no video workout this day either thur nov 1 - still sick with a cold so i had a total rest day. 8 year old ds walked chinook for 20 mins fri nov 2 - walk with chinook - 58 mins - 318 cal burn... then did 1.5 hours of yardwork. in the evening i did taebo amped 'core express' which is all standing ab work, plus some side kicks (30 mins), followed by the morning practice from 'yoga in bed' (15 mins or so). the model in this workout really is in bed...LOL. this was very easy yet i still enjoyed the stretches. sat nov 3 - walked with chinook for 57 mins, then ran him for another 26 mins while i rode my bike - 448 cal burn.... then i went out into the yard and shovelled, wheelbarrowed, dumped and raked wood chips for 2 hours. weekly totals: 5 workout days, 6 hours 42 mins (plus 3.5 hours of yardwork), total cal burn was 2049. pretty good for having two sick days! :*carolyn.
