I've been planning on growing them in wooden boxes and then lifting them to store in a more temperate place over winter. What I'd do for tincturing is to experiment a little with your first couple of flowers to see how they react to slight drying before putting them into the tincture menstruum. Because flowers contain water, it's always best if they can stand a little air drying without starting to smell weird. Anyway, your goal is to get as much smell into your tincture as possible while getting as little water in it as possible. The other thing that I'd try with them is enfleurage. If you have questions about that, try doing a search here on the word " enfleurage " . You'll bring up a lot of results that should answer a lot of questions. Best of luck to you... Let us know how it goes. Cheers! Andrine
