Is there anyone here who does a full body workout every other day? I

am thinking of changing my routine to make it an upper and lower body

workout on Mon/Wed/Fri.

Just curious as to how it works for you if you do it.

I just started full body workouts last week. I'm doing an hour workout

Mon/Wed/Fri. It's still to early to tell whether this will work or not, but I

thought I'd let you know I switched things up....or rather my trainer did.

alwyn cosgove and my personal trainer are both into full body workouts

alwyn cosgove think there is no such thing as a body part

or that it's dumb to separate your body into parts

that is works as a whole and should be exercised as a whole

as he says -- you didn't even turn on your computer with one body part

if/when you guys get sick of hearing about alwyn cosgove, pleas let

me know
