Guest guest Posted October 11, 2007 Report Share Posted October 11, 2007 good morning all,last night after watching kitchen nightmares(love that show) i did namaste yoga. i taped several shows off of fittv but haven't actually done more then one program. i do enjoy their routines b/c they are short and build upon movements which i see to help me loosen up alot. plus remembering the moves in the sequence really helped to keep my mind on the yoga workout instead of the days events. i believe the one i did was referred to as the Earth Series which was more restorative rather than power and strength. perfect for an evening workout.this morning was total body day so i did the total body premix of cathe's drill max. matching cathe in weight was not a big problem here since this is more functional strength over heavy lifting. although plie jumps and walking lunges were a bit of a time to get through.push ups on the ball were no picnic either but i managed with some modifications. not looking forward to work but i am going to do my best to not let 2 bad apples ruin it for me. hopefully they will be exposed for what they are and be bounced out of there. i just need upper managment to bust them ONE time and get it good. have a great daykassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Building a website is a piece of cake.
