Guest guest
only 4 more days on this rotation! yay! no wonder we only do this one once a year... its tough!!! and i, too, am tired of jari now. started off the morning with a 47 minute walk, which was nice. then i did 'caribbean workout:yoga for the core'... just one 20 min segment, which i also enjoyed quite a bit. this evening i did slim & lean, but had to keep the weights light since i feel like im recovering from being ill and i dont want to mess that up. it was an ok workout, but not one of my favourites, and i wont be doing it again any time soon! LOLOL i had to be very careful on the deadlifts and i changed the triceps dips to kickbacks. tomorrow is another long walk and then some pilates... i hope to also do an evening bike ride and then a stretch. the evening bike rides are getting dicey because it is getting windy, cool and dark earlier now. but if it is half decent, then i will go out. :*carolyn.
