Wednesday workout

Today I did The Firm Fat Blaster. This workout is fun, but fairly easy for me. This is my rest week so I guess this workout fit the bill. I still burned 312 calories. I like how they alternate between floor and step cardio. The abs at the end is short, but fun.

I was going to do yoga this evening, but have family coming over.
