Guest guest Posted May 24, 2006 Report Share Posted May 24, 2006 Hi 2 all! I went to Mozambique 6 weeks ago and got malaria, so naturally i didn't have the strength to go to gym. Now after a few weeks of no excersize i want to get back to gym but don't know where to start. I use to go at 5 in the mornings, but its so cold i have to scrape ice off my windscreen before i can go (i tried pouring water over it, but it ice back up immediately) so now i' thinking of going at 7pm after work. BUT (don't shoot me) then i lack motivation and just want to veg infront of the tv. I've been thinking about getting myself a stationary bike (to use twice a day for moderate cardio of 30mins, and every second day i'll add HIIT) and some of those strength bands to train at home 3 times a week during the winter. My main aim is to loose fat... how does that sound? Any ideas, encouragement or comments will be appreciated! I also posted a photo under gerkiss-baracuda. ciao!
