Guest guest Posted October 10, 2007 Report Share Posted October 10, 2007 Hi everyone. Today I did Kathy 's Lift Weights to Lose Weight 2, one I haven't done for a long time. I like this workout, and was happy to rediscover the standing glute work! I have not done glutes since my knees starting hurting, as most of the exercises require kneeling. Now I have some ideas to substitute when I come across it during other workouts. Yay! I did almost all the workout, skipping the lunges and doing countertop push-ups. I'm up to 10, and it's almost time to split them into groups - the last one was difficult today. :-) in drippy Ontario No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
