Wednesday workout

This evening I did Cardio Camp with Spreen. What a fun workout. At the end, when she gets ready to do legs I stopped and did Gym Style pushups sticking with 16, 14, 12 (on toes with 30 sec rests) still don't feel like I'm getting very far with these.

I went back to Cardio Camp and finished with the cool down.

I burned 442 calories. My heart rate stayed at a pretty steady pace, not too high or too low. I averaged 144.

We had really cool temps today. Going to take some getting use to.
