Hi Donna!

Yeah, I'm still in Kauai and will be for another week. I'm just now

settling into island life!

I feel your frustration with DD getting up earlier. Ug! Are you

getting your workouts in during the evenings or are you having to

forgo them? If so, can you take a one hour lunch and do some stairs

at work? Is there a gym in your building you can join and do weights

for a half hour a day? I feel for ya. I get cranky when I can't get

my workout in.

Hope your schedule irons out soon!
