Pardon me while I toot my own horn, but, Friday I saw a friend of mine that I hadn't seen in months and the first thing she said was " have you lost weight? You look great " ...tee hee :D

One of my pants are getting too big and on Friday I was wearing a pair of pants I couldn't zip when I bought them and by the end of the day they were comfortably loose, they went on fine in the morning too. Now I must say that the pants Craft & Barrows black lightweight denim with a little bit of stretch - no elastic waist band though.

Now I have to clean up my eating, with that I should see even better results.YAY workout videos and my wonderful vidiot friends!Vennitta

09/22/07Ripped 100060

min. I just did this workout, now I know, I did a Ripped workout

yesterday and we are supposed to rest between workouts. What I did was

treat this as a cardio workout and used 3 to 5 pound weights. Depending

on how I feel tomorrow I might use this as a cardio workout in the

future but I don't want to always use such light weights in doing this

one, so I'll see how the following weeks go. Overall I still really

like this one. I know the cardio bursts are short, but with all the

high reps, this becomes a terrific interval workout. YAY Jari! Oh, my

abs are sore, they haven't been made sore for months, YAY again :)09/21/07Get Ripped to the Core60

min. Oh my, that was great. I upped my weights by at most 2 pounds

total and boy, I couldn't do all the reps on some moves - yippee09/20/07TheFIRM Total Body Lite45

min. Today I needed something with lower intensity as I was tired and

underfed and I'm glad I chose this workout. It is a recovery workout

that uses light weights, low impact cardio and yoga, just what I

needed. Overall I liked this workout, my only complaint is that

seemed to rush through the moves, almost like there was more concern

with length vs. the intent of the workout. I'll do it again though09/19/07 Get Ripped Slim & LeanI upped my weights and I have that blissful fatigue. I'm going to continue using Get Ripped workouts in October.

09/18/07 Rest dayThis rest day wasn't planned, but I had an 11+ hour work day and my inflamed stomach was really bothering me. I didn't sleep or eat enough to workout.

09/17/07TheFIRM Cardio Inferno & Core Solutions30

min cardio & 10 min standing abs. Well, I ate a bit more today and

got more rest than I did before (the first time I did this workout). At

first I thought it was going to be too easy so I added weighted gloves

along with 3 pound dumbbells. I tell you, I got a good, albeit, short

workout. I think the plan of this workout is to use the toning segments

to increase metabolism, and I think it works. To top things off I did

the standing abs segment and truly worked my core and shoulders

(lightly). Tomorrow...a Get Ripped workout-- Get Fit! Weight loss will follow
