Guest guest
nne, Here is Dr.Shoemaker's information. After you contact his office they will send you a patient packet. You fill this out and mail it back to the office. It will also recommend hotels, places to see and see, etc. Yes, Dr.Shoemaker does accept Medicare. Sharon C. Guest guest
I tried to send tape samples to his office and they were refused, and returned to sender, just got the letter back today from the Post Office. Does anyone know why? Do you have to be a patient? I got the instructions and same address as below from his book " Mold Warriors " . Perhaps my handwriting was misread. Shall I try the PO Box # he also gives? Jules --- In , " tigerpaw2c " <tigerpaw2c@...> wrote: > > nne, > > Here is Dr.Shoemaker's information. Guest guest
You could send the samples to a lab directly.. Like Texas Tech or P & K Microbiology. I doubt if Dr. S's staff really has time to collect samples for labs these days. They probably did a year or two ago.. when his book was printed.. Guest guest
I sent Shoemaker's office an email to find out. Perhaps I should send it somewhere else. I was initially going to send the samples to a local lab, but was quoted a different price than what was on the forms when they arrived. Tired of people trying to take advantage of people in this mess. Decided I'd rather go through someone reputable. I looked on the P & K Web Site, but they say the request has to include a data sheet and chain of custody form. Found the chain of custody form, but not the data sheet. And their prices aren't listed... Jules --- In , LiveSimply <quackadillian@...> wrote: > > You could send the samples to a lab directly.. Guest guest
nne, I have been a patient of Dr. Shoemaker's for about 21/2 yrs. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express which is just 5 minutes from his office. It is very clean and they have a nice breakfast in the morning. I know he takes BC/BS but don't know about Medicare. His office number is 410-957-1550. I was very sick when I first saw him in Dec. 2003 but am doing much better. I can't say enough good things about him. Good luck! Sue I`am considering going to see Dr. shoemaker if my head and face pain and I not improve. Guest guest
My daughter and I just returned from Dr. Shoemaker. I am very sensitive and have a difficult time in hotels, however have been so sick for so long and have been living in comprimised situation that we just did the best we could. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. As soon as we arrived (a day ahead) we went to wal-mart for a lot of water. We did get a suite so that we had a fridge. I could not use the water in the sink for brushing teeth- too much chlorene. If you do not smoke, you may not want to walk into the local seafood " family " owned restaurants that are recommended in his packet - I have no idea if the food is good, I guess I am spoiled with the no smoking law in Florida. Good luck to you. -------------- Original message -------------- From: " J. Page " <apage1@...> > Im heading out to see shoemaker tomorrow and camping on the way. no > hotel is untoxic enough for me.
