Good job, ! I'm glad I'm not the only one who modifies tricep

pushups! They are very challenging but if not done properly you can

tweak your elbows and since I lack tricep strength I do tricep

extentions or kickbacks instead too :)

I'm impressed with all of you who have stuck to this rotation! I just

cannot stick to one for the life of me. I am a variety addict, I

think.
