Guest guest
Congratulations n! I love that you¹re wearing your daughter¹s clothes and do note that a 6/8 is half the size of a 16! ~Laurie > It's chilly today, so I grabbed the closest jacket > It's my daughter's small corduroy jacket, styled like a denim jacket, Size > 6-8. > > I figured I could wear it open, and it would be sufficient for here in the > home-office > > It's now MINE - cause it fits and I love it > July 2005? Guest guest
What a great feeling for you n! Congrats! Wow, a 16 to a 6/8 in less than 1 year is a great transformation. Hang on to that new jacket! > > It's chilly today, so I grabbed the closest jacket > It's my daughter's small corduroy jacket, styled like a denim jacket, Size 6-8. > > I figured I could wear it open, and it would be sufficient for here in the > home-office > > It's now MINE - cause it fits and I love it > July 2005? Guest guest
n, One thing that I think is contributing to your success is that you post often, many recipes, encouraging others, etc. It really helps to " immerse " ourselves in this journey and I think you have really done that! Great job, maybe that will help others to realize that we need to immerse ourselves as well. I have definitely found that when I surround myself with positive stuff, fitness magazines, BFL guestbook, this board, healthy people, (not TV w/those food commercials), i have a much better attitude and am able to stick to BFL better! Awesome n! heather --------------------------------- How low will we go? Check out Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.

Guest guest
Yes, I love that one too. 's website is a wonderful gift to us all. I would encourage her to compile her information into a book. There are too many women who don't have computer skills and will never get to the information otherwise. She speaks to all ages...what a gift for giving smiles AND information.
