Guest guest
Thanks for the clip, kassia! I love Gin and her workouts. I'd like to get this one eventually as well as her Simply Interval. I really must make some time to do some of her workouts in the near future. And, great going on Super Sets. I like that one and Push/Pull as well. I don't have them on DVD either so I can't take advantage of the pre-mixes. Take care, Donna --- Kassia wrote: > http://www.ginmiller.com/gmf06/gmf_store/workouts/serious.html > > the clip is a little choppy but you get an idea > and she gives a shot on the page of the menu options > there will be " two " workouts the orginial and an > express on that mixes up the chapters for a > different workout. it seems many are listening to > home exercisers when they say they want HEAVY weight > workouts. between cathes, amys and now gins' we are > going to have the flood gates open on more heavy > weight workout. > > i personally cant' wait for amys. i saw the mini > clip of cathes, and while they look good, i would > rather wait until the 3 day split. i don't need or > care for any more step workouts and its absurd for > me to pay $80 just to do the weights and the one > bootcamp workout. amy however says her workouts are > being edited by greg twombly? and that she will go > over them when he is done to fine tweak everything > and then be ready for duplicating. she says the 3 > day split slo-mo will also have upper body/lower > body splits premixes as well as a few total body > premixes. she really is giving a lot of bang for the > buck on these workouts. can't wait to get them > myself. > > have a great one > kassia > > > > ldy_solana's domain > > Too many people spend money they haven't earned to > buy things they don’t want to impress people they > don’t like. > > -Will > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you > sell. ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links. http://mobile./mobileweb/onesearch?refer=1ONXIC

Guest guest
what amy are you talking about? the dvd you described by her sounds intereting and I'd like to check it out. BTW, when they talk heavy weights, how heavy? I read the description for Gin's and heavy weights with high reps seems too advanced for me. > > > > http://www.ginmiller.com/gmf06/gmf_store/workouts/serious.html > > > > the clip is a little choppy but you get an idea > > and she gives a shot on the page of the menu options > > there will be " two " workouts the orginial and an > > express on that mixes up the chapters for a > > different workout. it seems many are listening to > > home exercisers when they say they want HEAVY weight > > workouts. between cathes, amys and now gins' we are > > going to have the flood gates open on more heavy > > weight workout. > > > > i personally cant' wait for amys. i saw the mini > > clip of cathes, and while they look good, i would > > rather wait until the 3 day split. i don't need or > > care for any more step workouts and its absurd for > > me to pay $80 just to do the weights and the one > > bootcamp workout. amy however says her workouts are > > being edited by greg twombly? and that she will go > > over them when he is done to fine tweak everything > > and then be ready for duplicating. she says the 3 > > day split slo-mo will also have upper body/lower > > body splits premixes as well as a few total body > > premixes. she really is giving a lot of bang for the > > buck on these workouts. can't wait to get them > > myself. > > > > have a great one > > kassia > > > > > > > > ldy_solana's domain > > > > Too many people spend money they haven't earned to > > buy things they don't want to impress people they > > don't like. > > > > -Will > > > > > > > > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > > Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you > > sell. > > > > > ______________________________________________________________________ ______________ > oneSearch: Finally, mobile search > that gives answers, not web links. > http://mobile./mobileweb/onesearch?refer=1ONXIC >
Guest guest
amy bento's slo mo that i ordered on presale. she has some info about what the work entails at nrgfitness.net and also jen from advancedworkouts.com was in it and kept a blog of her expierences from training for the filming to what it was like to work with amy http://advancedworkouts.blogspot.com/ also there is a short total body workout on amy's new hi-lo workout that is also on the presale. they recommend 10-30lb dumbells and up to 65lbs on a barbell. but all videos show modifications and have somebody using ligther weights and probably different exercises for those that can't do the exercises amy is doing. just like cathe, she offeres premixes on her workouts. i am going to see when collagevideo.com will put up their clip up of gin miller,so i can get a better idea, they also give a great description of the workouts they review so they give more detail on what is meant by high rep. b/c high rep can be 12-16 reps a straight set which isn't to bad with heavy weights or up 20reps which is hard with heavy weight. it may also mean she is doing small sets of reps but lots of sets, which could also qualify as high reps. kassiac_kleist wrote: what amy are you talking about? the dvd you described by her sounds intereting and I'd like to check it out. Guest guest
I just checked out the hi/lo on collage and that is way too advanced footwork for me! The slo-mo sounds like it might be good, I like Jari's Slim and Lean, but some of the movements seem too fast paced, maybe I just need to get used to her style. I tried ripped 1000 and don't like the compound moves, I can't really use the weight I would normally use, so I don't feel like I get a good work out because I'm working more on my balance, if that makes any sense. I thought I got a decent lower body workout but didn't feel much in my upper except for the wicked pushups. > what amy are you talking about? the dvd you described by her sounds > intereting and I'd like to check it out.
