I saw a bigger difference from start to week 4-- but I know why-- I

have slacked a little in the past week and a half or so. I notice

more tone in my legs but less in my abs. I see less in my arms but I

think it's water retention or the photo or something because I can

tell a difference just looking at myself.

I'm going to buckle down and make these last 4 weeks my best yet!!!!
