I've been busy with my mum here, and I don't remember when I last checked in, but I'll go from Monday and hope it's not a repeat! A note to - I too have loved doing this rotation with the group, but am also getting bored with it. As always. I like rotations, but I'm always ready for a new one by the end of the month. Monday I did 40 minutes of Get Ripped. I noticed some exercises were less difficult. Yay - some strength gains! No squats or lunges, besides the shallow warm-ups. Yesterday I did 10 mins each of abs and stretching (too hard on the knees!) from the 10 Min Solution Pilates dvd, and then a slow, easy walk around the downtown Square with my mother for about a half-hour. Today was weights - half-hour of Cathe's Muscle Endurance, just the upper body split. I went a little heavier on some, for a least a few reps, but the chest flies do me in every time. Those low end pulses fry me, so I feel like I'm never going to move up from the 3's for that exercise. :-) Interesting side note: I burned more calories in 30 mins with Cathe (114), than I did with Jari in 40 (103).
