This evening I did Slim & Lean. I decided to use my bar bell on a few of the exercises just for a change. I liked it, but couldn't go real heavy.

warm up - 8'ssquats - 25 lb bar belllunges - 12'schest press - 25 lb bar bell ( this was really tough)bent leg dead + row - 25 lb bar bell pushups - kneesrotator - 5 lbtriceps dips - lying tricep extensions- 8 lbfrench press- lying tricep extensions- 8 lbbiceps - Hammer curls- 10's biceps curls- 20 lb bar bellone leg squatsPlie Squats- 15'soverhead press- 7'slateral raise- 7's

I wore my HRM and I burned 267. That's a lot less from last week.
