I used to do three sets of 10 with a coworker at work and it broke up the 30 count nicely. I imagine with your Cathe workouts you're already doing 30 at a time! I'd like to try for 50 per day (but not all at once) but we'll see what happens! Pectoralis Major, > each day. Like start with 10 on Monday, do 11 on Tuesday and so on.
