you can do whatever you want:) I'm going to spread mine out

throughout the day. I used to do three sets of 10 with a coworker at

work and it broke up the 30 count nicely.

I imagine with your Cathe workouts you're already doing 30 at a

time! :)

I'd like to try for 50 per day (but not all at once) but we'll see

what happens!

Pectoralis Major,
