This one is tough, but it may be my favorite of the series b/c I like all the functional moves. Anyway, here's how it went: Lunges/Squats - 8's - thought about using 5's so I can go deeper into the range of motion. I may do that next time. I think going heavier for me would sacrifice form and range of motion due to the number of reps. Chest Press - 10's Spiders/Push-ups - did one set of push-ups on my knees, the other two sets on toes. May use the coffee table as a prop next time to get in more full body push-ups Deadlifts & Biceps - used 8's. That fatigued my biceps due to the number of reps, but for the deadlifts I probably could have gone heavier Plies and Upright Rows - Used 8's and 5's - my shoulders burned really bad on the 8's so I had to drop to 5's. Deadlift and Row - used 8's but did the row on one leg (balance challenge as shown by two of the backgrounders) I may up this to 10's next time and may skipt he balance for variety Squat/Lateral Raise - used a 6 inch step here and started with 5's and quickly dropped to3's - my shoulders were really fatigued. I may play with this for next time. My lower body doesn't feel challenged with the 3's but my shoulders, at least today, were too tired to use anything heavier. I may up the step height next week and stick with the lighter weights. Step-ups and Overhead Press - used a 6 inch step here and 5's. I *may* be able to go to 8's not sure though Triceps - did the tricep push-ups on my knees and then used 3's and 5's (for only one set) for the tricep kickbacks. Overall, I felt challenged - for almost every exercise I was fatigued almost to the point of failure using the weights I chose, so I guess that is good. Overall, this week went by pretty well - here's my re-cap: Sat - Turbo Jam Total Body Blast Sunday - Rest (Travel) Monday - Ripped Tuesday - Kari 's Fitness Formula Wed - Slim & Lean Thurs - Sharon Mann Hi/Lo and Pilates combos Friday - RTTC I added in stretching on my own every day. The only downside to my week was poor eating. Didn't do well with travel over the weekend and then towards week's end here, I was getting stressed out about some things so I was engaging in comfort eating. I really need to clean up my diet for next week so I can have good results all around. Take care - tomorrow is a rest day!!!
